Short-term Operational Plans
Identifying 3-5 clear priorities to be worked on by small teams. Work is divided into 3-month cycles (Quarterly Sprints) in each period
Flexible and Temporary Task Forces
Temporary task forces are formed based on the initiative (e.g., a team for a conference or for preparing a guide). They include members from within the council and external partners.
Monitoring and Transparency System
A digital Dashboard displays project progress. Brief monthly meetings (30 minutes) for quick review.
